We turned a live event into a lead engine.28 qualified leads.
brixEn's roadshow didn't collect badge scans. We built a system that finds out who is serious, what is stuck in their business, and who should talk to them next, then follows up automatically.

Simple for the visitor. Engineered underneath.
1
Capture
What the visitor sees
A short game, one question per screen, about 5 minutes.
Under the hood
Six personas, each with six pre-written situations. Every situation has its own follow-up options, so the questions fit the person. The data syncs at every step.
2
Qualify
What the visitor sees
They pick their role, their situation, what it costs them, and what they've tried.
Under the hood
Each answer is a qualifying signal: role, how specific the pain is, effort already spent, and the remaining blocker.
3
Route
What the visitor sees
They get a diagnosis and are told which booth to visit.
Under the hood
The system chooses the diagnosis, the program and the booth by rule, so no coach has to judge it in the moment. 48 players were sorted across 4 booths.
4
Nurture
What the visitor sees
A report lands in their inbox.
Under the hood
Coaches log each outcome live. Brochure downloads are tracked per person (30 in one day), a backup copy of every report is saved, and everything exports as one file for any CRM.
Built for real pipeline.
Everything runs through one backend that three people see live: the coach at the booth, the organizer's dashboard, and the visitor's inbox. Access to personal data is locked down by design. This is production infrastructure that a business stakes real follow-up on, not a demo.
Registration
A unique code is issued at the back end
ID card
The code goes on the visitor's badge
Diagnostic game
ID + code, one question per screen, about 5 min
Supabase
every step syncs through purpose-built functions
Booth coach view
live, as each step syncs
Organizer dashboard
live + CSV export
Report email
auto-sent + backup copy
Booking / handoff
booth, or the website calendar
Then we put it on the website.
The same system now runs on brixEn's site. A cold visitor gets the same diagnosis and ends at a booking calendar instead of a booth. One system, two channels.
- A cold visitor
- The same diagnosis
- A booking calendar
Most brands collect leads and hope.
We build the system that sorts them, routes them and follows up. If you run events, launches or inbound campaigns, this can be built for you.
