This website describes our work and how to start with us. It is general information. It is not an offer, a proposal or advice for your situation. Any work we do together is agreed with you separately, in writing, after a call.

Case studies and results describe specific engagements at a specific time. Results depend on many factors, including your market, your offer and how the work is carried out, so past results do not guarantee future results. Quotes reflect the views of the people quoted.

The site, its text, design, illustrations and other content belong to Klarity Studio or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

Names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the clients and projects we have worked on, and that does not mean they endorse us or this site.

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that harms it or other visitors;
• try to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how the site works;
• copy or collect content from the site in bulk by automated means.

The site links to services we do not control, such as Calendly, which we use for booking calls. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We try to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using or not being able to use this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
